4.4 Legal Disclaimer

Summary of Legal Opinion According to the legal opinion issued by GS Legal LLC, $CSKY is classified under Singapore law as a "digital payment token" and does not fall under the categories of "securities," "debentures," or "collective investment schemes."

Jurisdictional Restrictions $CSKY tokens are not available to residents or citizens of restricted jurisdictions such as the United States, Canada, or mainland China. Users from these regions are not permitted to participate in token-related activities.

“Digital Payment Token” Classification $CSKY meets the characteristics of a digital payment token under the Payment Services Act (PSA):

  • It is expressed as a unit.

  • It is not pegged to any currency.

  • It can be traded or transferred electronically.

  • It may be used as a medium of exchange within or beyond the Coresky platform.
